Consulting for teams

Globalization needs more structure and a steadier way of working

For teams, leads, and decision-makers who need clearer systems, fewer blind spots, and less noise.

  • Workflows feel scattered across stakeholders, vendors, or product teams.
  • Localization is growing, but the process around it is not keeping up.
  • KPI visibility is weak and priorities are hard to align.
  • Delivery quality depends too much on individual heroics.
  • You need a clearer plan for scale, ownership, or process design.

Coaching for individuals

Your next move matters and you want a clearer read on it

For specialists and managers who want practical guidance, better decisions, and more confidence in what comes next.

  • You are moving into localization management or broader operational ownership.
  • You need clearer positioning for interviews, LinkedIn, or your resume.
  • The technical or process side of the work feels more intimidating than it should.
  • You want support thinking through a career transition, not generic advice.
  • You need an outside perspective on what to prioritize next and why.

What we can figure out on the call

The first call is not about solving everything on the spot. It is there to understand what is actually going on, where the pain sits, what kind of help would be useful, and whether it makes sense to keep going after that.

  • What is actually feeling blocked, messy, or unclear right now.
  • Which parts of the challenge are operational, personal, or mixed together.
  • What context, constraints, and goals are shaping the situation.
  • What kind of help would be most useful, if any.
  • Whether it makes sense for us to keep going after the call.

FAQ

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first 20-minute call is free. It is there to understand the problem, see whether I can help, and avoid pushing you into a bigger engagement if it is not needed.

What should I prepare before reaching out?

A short note is enough. Tell me your role, what is going on, what feels blocked, and what you would like help thinking through. No deck is needed.

What happens after the call?

You leave with a clearer read on the situation and whether it makes sense to continue. If there is a strong fit for deeper work, I will suggest a format. If not, I will say that directly.

What if I am not sure whether this is consulting or coaching?

That is completely fine. Send the context anyway. We can use the first call to figure out whether the problem is more about the team, the person, or both.
